Welcome to your first steps in making a change in your life. I work with individuals 18 years old and older. My work has been focused with working with those who struggle with substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, and changes in life. I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2018 with my Master's in Social Work. I am a long time resident of NM and moved from Colorado as a child. I have had a very colorful life and had to overcome my own adversities. I hope to share the skills and techniques with you to help build your life worth living for. Sessions available Mon-Thursday 11am-6:30pm. Email for availability.
I have diverse background working with different levels of social and ethnic backgrounds including the Native American population. I work with individuals struggling with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression and much more. I work with individuals 18 and over. I graduated from the University of Walla Walla, Washington, in 2008 with my master’s in clinical social work. I also have a master’s degree from Gonzaga University, Washington in admirative education in 1997. I moved from Montana to New Mexico in 2008, being raised on a reservation has instilled diversity and adapting to life’s challenges that I help foster in others. Sessions available Mon-Thursday 6pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.

We provide individualized therapy tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and more.
Our therapy sessions typically last around 50 minutes, but we are flexible to accommodate individual needs.
As a private practice, we do accept insurance. We accept most insurance plans that include Medicaid and commercial. Please feel free to contact us to confirm your insurance. We also accept cash and have a sliding scale.
